When you visit our office, please bring two (2) valid government-issued identification documents from the list of acceptable IDs.

No. We accept walk-ins anytime during regular business hours.
Our base price is $65.00. However, certain applications may require a mandatory RCMP surcharge, which carries an additional fee of $25. All fees are inclusive of taxes.
To find out whether your application is subject to the RCMP fee, we encourage you to contact us in advance — either by phone or email — so we can confirm the exact cost before you proceed.
If there is no match to a criminal record
3 business days or less
The results are mailed to the address provided by regular mail and extra time should be allowed for delivery by Canada Post.
If manual processing is involved and/or if there is a possible match to a criminal record
120 business days
In some cases more time may be required due to the submission of incomplete information or in an effort to clarify parts of the application with local police. This process ensures the information that is released by CCRTIS is complete and accurate.
NOTE: Canada Post strikes may cause delays in receiving your results
Please note that once an electronic fingerprint application has been submitted to the RCMP, it is non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information transmitted to the RCMP is accurate and complete.
In the event of a verification error, we will notify you to return to our office to initiate to take new fingerprints. Pricing for retaking may vary depending on the reason for the error.
No. A vulnerable sector check MUST be iniated by local police agency in your jurisdiction. You would only need fingerprints if you receive a letter from your local police agency requesting your fingerprints.
